Sometimes things don’t work as we expect them to. Point in case this website and any emails to this domain were ‘off air’ for the better part of 3 days now. Just a minor thing that was missed when the hosting provider migrated the domain to another server. I am glad it is fixed now and we can go back to business.
More on the business side of things shortly.
In the meantime, keep developing great products!
A while ago we ran a survey on product development. On the topic of “what are your top 5 challenges?” the biggest headache was getting the product requirements clearly defined.
I know how hard it is to put your product idea on paper. Often this is the first time it really crystallises to a defined shape. Our clients have found that the Product Requirement form we provide helps to structure the requirement definition. In 15 sections we look at every aspect of the future product to make sure that we fully understand the intention from the outset. The first question is easily overlooked but really the most important: Describe the intended use of the product
Maybe that sounds a bit technical still, let’s rephrase that: What will your product do for the user – and why would he/she want to buy it? The clearer and more specific we get on this the better. A single minded purpose is best, because a product that aims to do many things for many people misses the point and is hard to market. After this we can help to fill in the blanks in the requirements and then write a technical specifications as to how we are going to deliver this.
So when you are ready to get your product idea into a requirement form, we are ready to help.
Thanks for calling in again.
Some things have changed on our new website as we add more and more content. Still a bit rough around the edges but we are getting better. Just like the first prototype in a product development. Nobody expects perfection but it needs to show some capability to build on. Stay put for further updates soon. The P3A Star Team
Welcome to P3A Star’s new website. We will build things as we go along, so bear with us and please check in gain soon
